Orders

Simply click on the items you would like to purchase and add it to your cart. Once you have added all the items you would like to purchase, click on the button called Checkout. Once you have clicked on Checkout you will need to fill in your contact and billing information.

Once you have placed an order with us, we will receive an email with your order number. You will receive the same email with your order number.

Returns

All items can be returned and exchanged for new sizes.
Please note that all items bought on sale, will not qualify for return or exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not do cash refunds however you can get a store credit.

Yes, you are able to exchange your items for another size.

Shipping

We use a third party courier service. All our items are fulfilled by The Courier Guy. You can track your items on our website or you can click here.

We take good care of your items once you have placed an order with us. We have hired a team of 30 girls to package your items

If you have created an account with us, you are able to checkout with ease as your details will be safely sorted on our website. Please note that we do not hold or store any credit card/ payment details on our website.

Competitions & Giveaways

  1. Any and all competition/ giveaway vouchers is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash
  2. Vouchers and prizes are vaild for 3 months on date of announcement.
  3. Vouchers may only be used once and only by the winner
  4. Vouchers/ giveaways do not include shipping
  5. Giveaways/ vouchers may not be used on any sale items
  6. Vouchers / Giveaways may not be transferrable

Pre-Orders

Please note that all pre-orders can take up to 20 working days to arrive

  1. Once you have placed a pre-order item with us, you may not cancel or get a refund for your items as they have been specially ordered for you.
  2. All customers that place pre-order will receive a notification once their items are released.
  3. Delivery will & can take up to 7 working days once you have received your notification.

Once the items arrive, there will be a delivery lead time of 3 to 7 days, depending on the delivery option you have chosen. Please note that we will be closed from 23 December – 4 January. All orders placed during this time will be shipped out on the 4th of Janaury 2021.
